Virtual Church School/L’école du dimanche virtuelle
This material is intended for use by parents/caregivers and Sunday School teachers in areas where regular Sunday School materials are not as available. The intention is that the lesson will take about 30 minutes to get through. The lesson will go up on two weeks before the Sunday that it is to be used. If you would like more information or some help please contact Fiona Brownlee.
We are interested in hearing how this project is meeting your needs and what we can do to improve the weekly lessons, so feel free to contact Fiona at anytime.

Background material
In case you are wondering, like almost all Anglican parishes in our diocese,
St. James is an English-speaking parish, and our adult population speak English
either as their mother tongue or as their preferred language in Canada... with
a few exceptions like my wife and I. But younger people are more fluent in
French, and all our children speak much better French than English. Hence
except when we have visitors, most or all our Church School happens in French.
We use material coming from Seasons of the Spirit, the Virtual Church
School Project and exercises that come from these and various other
sources.
